Lesley Ballingall is a trustee of the SUR Foundation and Group Managing Director for SUR Group’s Home Instead operation.

With a long background and deep expertise in health and social care, Lesley has played a central role in shaping the strength, quality and consistency of the group’s care services. She has been the main force behind consolidating the Home Instead group, building strong operational foundations and ensuring the success of day-to-day delivery across multiple territories.

Lesley also oversees group HR, bringing a people-focused approach to leadership, culture and team development. Her ability to combine operational discipline with genuine care for people has been instrumental in supporting the group’s continued growth.

As a senior leader, Lesley also provides strategic input into the future direction of SUR Group, helping guide decisions around growth, structure and long-term sustainability.

As a trustee of the SUR Foundation, Lesley brings experience, judgement and compassion, helping ensure the charity delivers meaningful impact for the communities it supports.
